Launch guide

Prepare for your launch

Three stages, with everything you need to prepare at each step to make your filming day a success.

The project manager

Our main point of contact, who brings the right people together.

Involved in: the preparation video call, midday and end-of-day filming reviews, and follow-up meetings.

The PERIVIA lead

The person on the shop floor who will continue recording videos. They are our priority for training.

Involved in: the preparation video call, then working alongside us throughout the filming day.

1

Before

The preparation video call

Together, we choose the priority processes and workstations, identify the experts and confirm the filming schedule.

Before the call

2

During

The filming day

We record techniques directly on the shop floor without stopping production. We bring all the recording equipment (smartphones and microphones).

What to arrange

3

After

Digitisation

Work instructions are generated, reviewed by your experts and made available on tablets on the shop floor.

What to arrange

For filming independently

  • A recent smartphone or a tablet with a good camera.
  • A wireless lapel microphone, essential in a noisy workshop.
  • A small tripod or mounting bracket.

For viewing on the shop floor

  • Tablets at workstations, ideally on fixed mounts, or nearby screens.
  • Sufficient Wi-Fi coverage in the relevant areas.

Record the technique. Pass on the know-how.
