Launch guide
Prepare for your launch
Three stages, with everything you need to prepare at each step to make your filming day a success.
Your two key contacts
The project manager
Our main point of contact, who brings the right people together.
Involved in: the preparation video call, midday and end-of-day filming reviews, and follow-up meetings.
The PERIVIA lead
The person on the shop floor who will continue recording videos. They are our priority for training.
Involved in: the preparation video call, then working alongside us throughout the filming day.
Before
The preparation video call
Together, we choose the priority processes and workstations, identify the experts and confirm the filming schedule.
Before the call
During
The filming day
We record techniques directly on the shop floor without stopping production. We bring all the recording equipment (smartphones and microphones).
What to arrange
After
Digitisation
Work instructions are generated, reviewed by your experts and made available on tablets on the shop floor.
